Track your booking request
You can follow every request you send on Shows Pros, from the moment we receive it until the event is completed.
If you have a Shows account
Sign in and open My requests. Every request sent from your account is listed there.
If you sent requests earlier without signing in, using the same email as your account, we offer to add them. Select Add it to my account (or Add them to my account) to see them in one place.
If you sent the request without an account
- Select Track request.
- Enter your tracking ID and the email you used, then select Email me a code.
- Enter the code from the email and select Open request. The code expires after 10 minutes; select Send a new code if it does.
For your privacy, we don't say whether the tracking ID or the email was wrong. If no code arrives, check both and try again.
What each status means

- Booking confirmed: you've paid and the booking is set.
- Completed: the event has taken place.
- Not available, Cancelled or Expired: the booking isn't going ahead.
What's on the request page
The request page shows the overview, the performer, your event details, the full history, your quote, contract, payment, documents we shared with you, and your messages with us.
Cancel a request
Until you accept a quote, you can select Cancel request on the request page. We stop working on it, and this can't be undone. After you've accepted a quote, message us to cancel.
