How to sell tickets
Selling tickets takes six steps, from creating your event to getting paid.
- Create your eventSign in, choose Create event and pick a venue event or an online event. Add the title, date, time, location and description.
- Add your ticketsAdd each ticket type, such as Regular or VIP, with its price, how many are available, the most one customer can buy and what it includes.
- Review and go liveCheck the summary page and create the event. It goes live straight away with its own event page.
- Share your event linkShare the link, or a short version of it, wherever your audience is.
- Check guests inAt the door, scan each ticket with the scanner app. A valid ticket shows its details straight away.
- Get paidPayouts for your sales go to your bank account, or withdraw instantly when you need to.
What you can set for each ticket
- Name and descriptionCall it Regular, VIP, Gold or anything else, and say what it includes.
- How many are availableSet the number of tickets of each type. Sales stop when they run out.
- Limit per customerSet the most tickets one person can buy.
- Seat mapLet guests pick their seats when you have reserved seating.

How to sell event add-ons
Add-ons are items guests buy on your event page, such as asoebi, merchandise or food. You add them while creating your event.
- Add the itemWhile creating your event, available addOn details are available. Add the item you want to sell, such as a cap or a T-shirt.
- Describe itSay what buyers get: size, yards, colour, quality, and anything extra such as a souvenir.
- Set quantity, limit and priceEnter how many you have, the most one person can order and the price.
- Go live with your eventReview the summary and create the event. The add-ons appear on your event page next to your tickets.
- Fulfil the ordersBuyers pay and enter the delivery details you need, so you know what to deliver and where.
