Message us and review your booking
Every booking on Shows Pros goes through us. You message us about your request, and after the event you can review the performer.
Message us
Open your request and go to Messages. Type your message and select Send. You can attach up to 5 images per message (JPEG or PNG, up to 5 MB each).
- Messages appear as they arrive. You'll see when we're typing, and when your message is Delivered and Seen.
- If you don't read a reply within a few minutes, we email you.
- You talk only with us. Performers can't see your contact details, and you can't message a performer directly.
If you're not signed in, open your request with your tracking ID, email and code first.
Review the performer
When your booking is completed, we email you an invitation to review it.
- Open your request and go to Review.
- Choose a rating from 1 to 5 stars and write up to 1,000 characters about your experience.
- Select Publish review.
Your review appears on the performer's storefront with your first name and last initial. You can write it until the date shown on the Review tab. Shows can hide reviews that break its rules.
