
After paying for your order, your invoice will be available on your dashboard. You can download it at any time by following these detailed steps, whether you're using the website or the Shows app. The process is the same for both platforms.
- Login to Your Dashboard:
- Website: Open your web browser and go to shows.ng. Click on the login button and enter your credentials to access your dashboard.
- App: Open the Shows app on your device. Enter your login credentials to access your dashboard.
- Navigate to "My Orders":
- Website: Once logged in, look for the “My Orders” button on your dashboard. This is usually located in the main menu or sidebar. Click on it to view your purchases.
- App: In the app, find the “My Orders” button, typically in the main menu or navigation bar. Tap on it to view your purchases.
- Find the Event Ticket:
- Website: Scroll through the list of your orders to find the specific event ticket for which you want to download the invoice. Locate and click on the “Invoice Download” button next to the relevant ticket.

- Download the Invoice:
- Website: Clicking the “Invoice Download” button will open the invoice in a new window or tab. Find the “Download” button at the top right corner of the invoice page and click on it to save the invoice to your device.
- App: Tapping the “Invoice Download” button will open the invoice. Find and tap the “Download” button, usually at the top right corner of the invoice page, to save the invoice to your device.
