Accept your quote and sign your contract

When the performer agrees to your booking, we send you a quote. After you accept it, you sign a booking contract with us. You pay only once your contract is signed by both sides.

Review your quote

Open your request and go to Quote. It shows the total price, what's included and the date the quote is valid until. The price is in naira.

  • To go ahead, select Accept quote.
  • If it doesn't suit you, select Decline and tell us why. We will contact you about other options.

If you're not signed in to a Shows account, we email you a code to confirm it's you before you accept a quote or sign a contract.

Sign your contract

Open the Contract tab. Read the contract, or select Download PDF to keep a copy. Then choose how to sign:

  • Sign online: enter your full name, draw your signature or type it, agree to sign electronically, and select Sign contract.
  • Sign on paper: download the contract, sign it by hand, and upload a scan or photo (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 15 MB). We check it, and tell you by email if it can't be accepted.

Sign before the date shown. A contract that isn't signed in time expires; Contact us for a new one.

After you sign, we countersign. When both sides have signed, download the signed copy for your records.

If the price changes

Sometimes the fee has to change after you've accepted, for example when the event details change. You'll see New price proposed with the current price, the new price and the reason.

  • Select Accept new price to go ahead. You sign the contract again. You pay only the difference, or we refund the extra if you've already paid more.
  • Select Decline to keep the current price.
