How to read your developer earnings report
The earnings report shows what your integration has earned from orders, and where that money is in the payout process.
Open the report
- Open Sales › Earnings.
- Choose a project and the environment: Live or Sandbox.
What you see
The Earnings summary shows:
- Captured: earnings from paid orders.
- Reversed: earnings taken back, for example after a refund.
- Net: captured minus reversed.
The report also shows how much is at each payout stage:
- Allocations awaiting accounting
- Held allocations
- Allocations awaiting payout
- Allocations in payout
- Paid allocations
- Reversed allocations
Order earnings are separate from your withdrawable balance. For an organisation, earnings are credited to the organisation's balance on Shows, and payouts are requested there.
