To claim your event, follow these steps:

Register as an organiser:

• Sign up on our website and upgrade your profile to an Organizer for free.

Send Us Your Details:

• After upgrading, email us the following information in the specified format:
• Your Name:
• Email Registered on the Website:
• Event Name:
• Any Additional Information for Verification:

Email Information to Support:

• Send the above details to support@shows.ng to initiate the event claim process.

Once we receive your information, we will transfer the event to your account. You will then be able to view your event sales records, manage the event, and receive payments for all ticket sales.

Important Notice

• If any tickets are sold, we will wait until 7 days before the event to refund attendees if you choose not to claim the event.
• Unclaimed events will be removed 7 days before the event date. For immediate deletion, please email us at support@shows.ng with your instructions.
