How to Apply for Event Ticketing access
To sell Shows tickets and add-ons through the API, your workspace needs approved access to the Ticketing product. Your developer account must be approved before you can apply.
Apply
- Open Settings › Products and choose Ticketing.
- Select Apply for access.
- Under Intended use, describe the events you'll sell and where customers will buy.
- Select Apply for access to send your application.
One approval covers both sandbox and live. Each environment must also be available for your workspace.
Follow your application
The product page shows your application's status, the Requested permissions and, once approved, the Approved permissions.
- Awaiting review: Shows is reviewing it. To take it out of the queue, select Withdraw application. You can apply again later.
- Approved: you can create projects and keys.
- Rejected: read the Note from Shows, then select Apply again.
- Suspended or Revoked: new API requests are blocked. Existing orders and payment obligations remain.
