Check your API usage
The Usage page shows how your integration has used the Shows API over the last 30 days. Times are in UTC.
Open it
- Open Monitor › Usage.
- Choose a project and the environment: Live or Sandbox.
What you see
- Requests, 30 days, the Success rate, Failed requests and the Average duration.
- Requests by day: a chart of Succeeded, Failed and Pending requests. Select Show data to see the numbers as a table.
- Requests by operation: each API operation, such as List events, Create purchase or Create payment, with its successful and failed requests.
Webhook health
The Webhook health table lists each webhook destination with its deliveries Delivered, 30 days and Failed, 30 days, deliveries In progress and its Last delivery.
Pending requests
A request is pending when it was sent but its result wasn't recorded, for example after a timeout. Check the order or purchase before trying the request again, so you don't create it twice.
Requests are limited per project and per key each minute. If the API answers that there are too many requests, wait and try again.
