
Managing your ads is simple and can be done directly from your organizer dashboard. Whether you want to track your ad performance or stop an active ad, follow the steps below:
1. Viewing Your Ad Performance
Step 1: Log in to Your Organizer Dashboard
Start by logging in to your account on our platform.
Step 2: Navigate to the Ads Management Page
Click on the "My Ads/Promotions" button in your dashboard.
This will take you to the Ads Management Page, where all your current and past ads are listed.
Step 3: Select the Ad You Want to View
Browse through your list of ads to find the one you’re interested in. Click the Options button next to the ad. From the dropdown menu, select "View Stats" to see detailed performance metrics for your ad.
2. Stopping an Active Ad
Step 1: Locate the Active Ad
On the Ads Management Page, find the ad you want to stop. Ads that are pending or currently running will display a "Stop Ad" button.
Step 2: Click the Stop Ad Button
Click the "Stop Ad" button. This will send a request to stop your ad campaign.
Step 3: Refund Process
Once we receive your request, we’ll attempt to stop your ad as soon as possible. Our team will then contact you to discuss your remaining ad budget and calculate any balance due for a refund.
Viewing Old Ads: Past ads with completed campaigns will remain in your Ads Management Page for reference, but they cannot be stopped.
Pending Ads: Ads in pending status can be stopped before they start running.
Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the amount of ad spend already utilized on the campaign.
